Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CDC Kids, we understand that family circumstances may change, and we aim to manage cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Admission Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Kit and uniform Fee: Non-refundable once paid, as CDC has already invested in procuring the necessary kit and uniform

Refundable Components

• Daycare Fee: If a child is withdrawn mid-term, Daycare for the unused full month(s) will be refunded.
• Tuition Fee : No refund of Tuition fee would be made under any circumstances
• Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of receiving the formal withdrawal request.

Conditions for Refund

• A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the respective Centre Manager at least one month in advance.
• No partial month refunds will be entertained once a month has commenced.

Note: Refunds are applicable only to Daycare Fees as per enrolment terms.
