Our preschool was founded with this core belief by three passionate individuals: Neetu Pankaj, Mukesh Agarwal, and Veena Mittal. Together, they brought their unique strengths to build a space where every child feels seen, heard, and loved.

Neetu Pankaj is the driving force and nurturing spirit behind CDC Kids. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, she combines global best practices with a deep emotional connection to each child’s individual journey.
Her academic background includes a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and certifications in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches. Neetu leads with heart — designing curricula that ignite curiosity and mentoring teachers to approach learning with empathy and intention.
Her vision is simple yet powerful: a preschool where children thrive — emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

Mukesh Agarwal brings over 15 years of leadership and operational expertise to CDC Kids. With a background in business management and a passion for creating scalable, efficient systems, he ensures the school functions with structure, transparency, and safety at its core.
Mukesh’s contributions include everything from infrastructure planning and regulatory compliance to parent communications and long-term strategy. His vision helps CDC Kids grow sustainably — without ever losing the warmth of a neighborhood preschool.

Veena Mittal is the heart of community life at CDC Kids. With a background in education, event management, and child psychology, she brings color and creativity into everyday learning. She believes in celebrating milestones big and small, and creating memories that children will carry with them for life.
