He is of the view that hard work is the key to success and hence without worrying about the result, one should always give it a shot. He is associated with the team CDC kids and acts as a guiding light. He oversees the Operations and Finance at CDC kids.

A lady of boundless energy with innovative ideas and dynamism, N. Pankaj is a professionally trained Montessorian with all certifications and has been an active part of various management and personality development programs. She walks with a positive attitude and profound knowledge of the field of education and management. She is one of the main reasons that today CDC kids have earned a solid reputation and have carved a niche in the childcare segment. She is of the opinion that a busy man always finds the time and should not shirk work attributed to lack of time. N. Pankaj acts as the Chief Learning Officer of the organization and takes an active stand in curriculum development and training.

She is a lady of commitment, who believes in the fulfillment of well-defined targets leading to satisfaction and fruitful results. The secret of her success lies in her utmost courtesy, comfort, and hospitality. She opines that no work is small or big, we should just do what we love. She stands proud as the Creative Head and is also responsible for resources and procurement at CDC kids.
